Work Package 1 – Project Management

Work Package 1 (WP1), led by VTI of Sweden, was the project management task to manage and coordinate the work of the project and deliver its results in accordance with project schedule and budget. It will also coordinate and optimise TRIMM activities with regard to other ongoing activities. The following two tasks were within WP1:

1. Task 1.1 (Administrative and support management)
2. Task 1.2 (Quality assurance)
